Limitations of Moisture or Boiling Point Tests?

One customer reportedly tested 50 vehicles, using direct boiling point analysis, without a single failure reading on the fluids.  They also stated that the fluid in some of the vehicles was almost black and as old as 5-7 years.   They knew the fluid needed to be replaced but had no way to prove to their customers that the service  (based on the results of their test equipment) was needed.  Results... No Sales of Fluid Changes!  Our research has shown that less then 5% of vehicles tested had a boiling point lower than the 285° F minimum boiling point standard.
