Description

The V-20 Injector is designed to inexpensively perform RFI, vacuum/pressure bleeding and master cylinder bench bleeding.  The larger piston diameter allows for more fluid flow per stroke.  The V-20 Injector can generate about 80 PSI with sufficient hand force.  Though the larger piston moves more fluid, it reduces the hydraulic advantage for injecting fluid through some 4WAL (4 wheel anti-lock) ABS valving.  The larger fluid volume also provides a fast system flush when using either pressure or vacuum flushing.  The V-20 Injector was designed with large check valves to move more viscous hydraulic or other fluids.   The body is made of high grade Zytel (glass reinforced nylon) which imparts metal like strength while reducing weight.  Depending on the equipment arrangement the V-20 Injector can inject or draw fluid from any system.
